Cianwood City Guide
Cianwood City is the far western island stop, with Chuck's Gym, the medicine for Jasmine, and sea routes fanning out around it.
Arrive and look around
Cianwood earns its distance. You reach it after a long surf from Olivine, with rocks to smash, a pharmacy tucked into town, Chuck's Gym waiting below the waterfall-like cliff, and the sea routes around the Whirl Islands pressing in from every side.
What to do here
Get the SecretPotion from the pharmacy for Jasmine's Ampharos, challenge Chuck for the Storm Badge, and talk to the woman who gives HM02 after the Gym. The hidden Revive and Max Ether are worth a sweep, and the shore supports fishing for Krabby, Corsola, Staryu, Kingler, and more depending on rod and time.
Return with a reason
Return when you want the pharmacy, Chuck's Gym, west-sea fishing, Rock Smash checks, or a base for Route 41 and Whirl Island exploration.

Ways To Move Around
Some parts of this map need a move, or only work one way.
Surf opens water paths here
Water tiles can become paths once you can Surf.
Bring a Surf user after earning Fog Badge if you want every shoreline path.
Smashable rocks are here
Breakable rocks can block small paths or hide wild encounters.
Bring Rock Smash if you want to clear every cracked rock.
One-way ledges shape the route
These ledges let you jump down but not climb back up from the same spot.
Look before you hop if you are collecting items or avoiding trainers.
