Tohjo Falls is the watery checkpoint between Johto and Kanto, turning the eastern border trip into a proper cave passage instead of a simple gate.
Getting in
Use the falls when Route 27 finally pushes you toward Kanto. The location is short, but it gives the region handoff more weight than a plain doorway would.
Main reason to visit
What matters here is placement. Tohjo Falls makes the border feel earned and turns the Johto-to-Kanto shift into something you actively cross instead of something the map quietly grants.

Return whenever you replay the border route or want the most readable midpoint between the late Johto coast and the Indigo approach.
