Enter from Ecruteak City when the tower finally opens instead of just teasing from outside. The first floor matters because it marks the shift from city legend to real legendary ascent.
Main reason to visit
The tower's purpose is simple: carry you up toward its rooftop encounter through a location that feels older and more sacred than a normal dungeon. It is one of Johto's clearest payoff spaces.
