Burned Tower is the old ruin that turns Ecruteak's legends into active story, complete with a rival fight and the beast awakening.
Getting in
Enter from Ecruteak City once the city story pushes you there. The building is not huge, but it changes the whole mood of Johto the moment you step inside.
Main reason to visit
The important beats are the rival battle, the fall to the basement path, and the legendary-beast scene. This is one of the places where Johto's story stops hinting and starts moving.
