Step inside
The Fighting Dojo in Saffron City is quieter than its reputation. The room still carries the old martial-arts mood, but in these games its practical reward is a pickup, not a gauntlet.
What to do here
Step inside and collect the Focus Band. Talk to the Black Belt if you want the flavor of the old dojo rivalry, then treat the room as a compact Kanto reward stop beside Sabrina's much larger Gym.
Return with a reason
Return only if you missed the Focus Band or want the nostalgic contrast between Saffron's former fighting landmark and its Psychic-type Gym.
